QR code to a song

A QR code to a song leads to a track on a streaming service or a music video. Copy the link from Yandex Music, VK Music, Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube and paste it in — a person points the camera and listens to the chosen track.

What you can encode

The code encodes a link to the music, not an audio file. As long as the track is available at that address, the code works.

Where it helps

• A wedding or anniversary. A code in the invitation or on the tables — guests hear "your" song.
• A gift or a card. Hide a dedicated track behind the code.
• Merch and posters. A sticker leads to a new release or the party playlist.
• A venue menu or window. A playlist as part of the atmosphere.

How to make and check it

1. Open the track in the app or on the site, tap "Share" and copy the link.
2. Paste it in — the code appears in the preview at once.
3. Scan the code: the track page should open, not the service home page.

Note: the listener needs the service app installed or a working web version. Streaming links sometimes require a subscription — check that the track is free to play if that matters.

Match the colors to the invitation or merch design, add a logo and download the code as PNG or SVG for large print.

One track or a playlist

A link to a single track is enough for a gift. For a party or a venue a playlist is handier: the guest listens in a row while you update the list at the same link. Make sure the track or playlist is public, not tied to your account only, or nothing will play for the guest.
