Text Spelling Check
How the Spell Check Works
The tool is built on artificial intelligence technology to identify spelling and punctuation errors. The free version operates on GPT Mini - this model handles basic typos and punctuation placement. For more detailed grammar checking, consider paid options with advanced algorithms.
Key Features
-
Multilingual Support: You can select the desired language from the available list.
-
Text Limits: We check up to 5,000 characters for free, with no limits in the premium version. Texts up to 50,000 characters are processed without difficulty.
-
File Handling: Upload entire documents for comprehensive checking. This saves time and simplifies the workflow.
-
Comprehensive Correction: The system identifies spelling errors, typos, extra or missing symbols and spaces. It also corrects basic grammatical inaccuracies.
-
Edit Visualization: All changes made are highlighted in the text, so it's immediately clear what has been corrected.
-
Additional Tools: There is a function to continue text via neural network and transition to a text editor with AI suggestions. The editor is convenient for refining material based on system recommendations.
Will the text proofreader fix only errors or rewrite everything
Will the proofreader rewrite my text?
No. It fixes spelling, punctuation and word agreement, and leaves your wording and style as they are. If you need to rewrite the text, use the rewriting or text improvement tools.
Can I check a whole document?
Yes. Upload a .docx, .pdf or .txt file: the text opens in the form, no need to copy it paragraph by paragraph.
How do I see what was corrected?
All edits are highlighted in the result. You can copy the corrected text or send a link to it to a colleague.
Does the proofreader work with other languages?
Yes. Select the text language in the settings, and the proofreader will check it against the rules of that language.
Is it free?
Yes, you can fix errors with the basic model for free. For contracts, landing pages and client emails, choose a stronger model: it handles complex punctuation more accurately.
