Why collect meta tags in bulk

Once you have more than a dozen pages, opening each one and reading its source takes too long. This tool pulls titles, descriptions, headings and technical data from the whole list at once and lays it out in a table where problem pages stand out.

What the check shows

  • Duplicate titles. Identical titles across pages make it harder for search engines to pick which one to rank for a query.
  • Empty descriptions. The search engine will pull a random chunk of text into the snippet, and CTR drops.
  • Long titles. Anything over 70 characters gets cut off in search results — users never see the end of the phrase.
  • Broken pages. 4xx and 5xx errors show up in the list right away, together with redirects.

How to check your pages

  1. Paste a list of URLs — one per line, up to 100 at a time.
  2. Tick what to collect from each page, or pick a ready-made set.
  3. Run the check.
  4. Work through the table: export to CSV or copy a ready dataset into an AI chat.

What to do next

Found pages without descriptions — generate them. Need a deep look at a single page — open content analysis. To see whether pages made it into the index, use the indexing check.
