Card Editor

The editor builds a card right in the browser: drag text, image and shape layers with the mouse, then download the result as PNG. Nothing to install, and files stay on your machine until you save a project.

What you can build

• A marketplace card — product photo, headline, benefit, price
• An article or video cover — 1200×628 for social feeds, 1080×1920 for stories
• An infographic — a diagram of shapes and captions
• A banner for a site or newsletter — set any size by hand

How to build a card

1. Pick the canvas size: a 1080×1080, 1200×628 or 1080×1920 preset, or your own width and height.
2. Fill the background with a color or drop an image in.
3. Add text and shapes, arrange them with the mouse. Layers snap to guides, so blocks line up without a ruler.
4. Set the font, size, color and opacity in the properties panel on the right. The eyedropper picks a color straight off the image.
5. Hit “Download PNG”. The file is saved at double resolution: a 1080×1080 canvas gives a 2160×2160 px image.

Layers, groups and shortcuts

Every element is its own layer. In the right-hand panel layers can be reordered, hidden, locked against accidental moves and combined into groups: a group moves and scales as one.

• Ctrl + Z — undo, Ctrl + Shift + Z or Ctrl + Y — redo
• Ctrl + D — duplicate the selected layer
• Ctrl + Shift + G — group the selection
• Ctrl + S — save the project

Projects are kept

A draft is written to the browser every minute, so a tab closed by accident costs you nothing. Named projects live in your account: open them from another computer and copy them for the next campaign.

How to keep a card readable

• One idea per card. A headline of 3–5 words reads in a feed, one of 15 does not.
• Put text over a photo on a plate or a dim overlay, otherwise letters vanish on light areas.
• Keep at least 40 px of padding from the edges: previews crop them.
• Look at the card scaled down. If the headline is unreadable at 20 %, raise the font size.

The editor works on a desktop: dragging layers precisely needs a mouse.
